Property owners desperately needed assistance with how to proceed with their properties that weren’t selling due to the economic downturn. Wanting to help, we created our property management division in 2011 to do just that! We were able to help our real estate clients find a way to help pay their mortgages by placing suitable renters in their properties. In turn, we were able to help these clients purchase another property more suited to their current needs because of the rental cash flow now available to them. This working property management solution has provided us with a gateway to a flourishing property management business local to the Greater Portland Metro area.
